Job summary

Hot Topic is seeking an Inventory Control Manager for our Riverside Distribution Center to lead the cycle count program and inventory control initiatives across online fulfillment. You will coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with Distribution Centers to maintain system integrity.

The role requires proven experience in fulfillment center supervision, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle count programs and inventory control.
• Proven ability to analyze data and report trends to Finance/Operations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple carriers and fulfillment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and cycle count programs consistently across sites.
• Develop metrics for Finance and Operations on cycle count and cancellations.
• Provide updates on cycle count results and trends to teams.
• Support system upgrades and rollouts for fulfillment processes.
• Collect and evaluate data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify fulfillment process improvements to raise service levels.
• Coordinate annual physical inventories with clients.
• Collaborate with Operations to drive efficiency and accountability.
