Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage cycle counts, reconcile inventory data, and support multiple departments on stock accuracy. The role is primarily on the warehouse floor with exposure to SAP and WMS tools.

The position requires at least 1–3 years in warehousing, familiarity with SAP inventory and a strong Excel skillset. Competitive benefits, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Prioritizing, scheduling and planning tasks for assigned department including cycle counting and also adjustments.
• Coordinating tasks and schedules across all departments, including inbounds, Inventory Control.
• Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
• Microsoft Office software, including Excel is required.
• This is a hands‑on role that is spent most of shift out on the warehouse floor and moving to and from multiple areas of the building to include extended period of standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.
• Reconciliation and data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
• Monitoring and keying data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
