Job summary

Bakerly Ranch LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to ensure accuracy and traceability of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods. You will align ERP records with physical inventory through transactions, counts, and validation.

You will partner with Receiving, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Planning to maintain stock integrity, support production, and drive corrective actions to reduce inventory adjustments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own validation of all inventory including receipts, lot/batch accuracy, expiration, and compliance.
• Ensure ERP transactions reflect physical inventory before use.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and lot traceability per standards.
• Collaborate with Receiving and Quality to ensure proper material release and compliance.
• Support cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Drive corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and reduce adjustments.
