Job summary

ALO in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations and lead a team to maintain accuracy and efficiency. You will supervise staff, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and partner with other teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Experience with inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Generate inventory reports and provide management analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Integrity to action non-compliant inventory.
• Use WMS to track inventory movement.
• Train and evaluate team members on best practices and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Returns, and Outbound operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory standards.
