Job summary

Bakerly Ranch LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across packaging, dock, and freezer areas. You will supervise a team on three shifts, ensure safe, accurate, and timely receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping, and provide hands-on guidance on the floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Supply Chain Manager and logistics team, training staff on BoL, packing lists, and certificates of analysis, and maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouse personnel in a fast-paced operation.
• Hands-on experience with inventory systems or ERP transactions, including receiving, movements, and shipping documentation.
• Experience in freezer/refrigerated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and material handling across packaging, dock, and freezer areas.
• Prioritize tasks and assign daily workloads to meet schedules and delivery windows.
• Coordinate with logistics and ensure accurate on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure accurate receipt of materials with correct quantities, lot codes, and expiration dates; manage finished goods status.
• Lead safety, housekeeping, and equipment training with focus on food safety.
• Train staff on Bills of Lading, tallies, packing lists, and certificates of analysis; identify items to move and transport to production.
