Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, seeks organized personnel to support accounts payable, NCRs, and stock returns in a busy office/warehouse setting in Irving, TX. You will collaborate with vendors and branches to resolve discrepancies and maintain RGAs, while preparing reports and updating bin locations.

Excellent Excel/MS Office skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are valued.

Qualifications

• Administrative background or experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and time management.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic inventory and purchasing knowledge including procurement and stock concepts.
• Office/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors and branch to help clear up A/P issues related to NCRs and returns.
• Resolve NCRs from shipping errors and resolve all receiving discrepancies.
• Maintain control over the return goods queue and manage vendor RGAs.
• Assist with researching cycle count findings.
• Identify root causes of cycle count findings.
• Collaborate with receiving department and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with processing stock returns.
• Update item locations in the bin system.
• Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items.
• Assist with managing bin locations and changes.
• Assist with creating reports.
• All duties as assigned.
