Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking an Inventory Control role in a warehouse setting to support purchasing, receiving, and stock management. You will help clear queues, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and process stock returns.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment while supporting bin location updates and item setup.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement – order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in clearing Eclipse queues associated with purchasing
• Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies
• Research and assist with processing stock returns
• Update new items for bin locations
• Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items
• Assist with managing bin locations and changes
