Job summary

Creative Realities, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking an Inventory Control Lead responsible for real-time NetSuite inventory accuracy across the United States and Canada, covering all warehouses, internal and 3PL sites.

You will co-own inventory integrity with Warehouse Operations and work closely with Purchasing to meet customer demand while minimizing stockouts. You will drive cycle counting, reconciliations between ERP and WMS, inventory valuation and reporting, and help develop KPI

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in inventory management or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, and cycle counting.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Keep NetSuite inventory counts accurate in real time through reconciliation.
• Define, document, and enforce inventory processes across all sites.
• Define the monthly cycle count program and quarterly count process.
• Reconcile WMS and ERP records including 3PL partner inventories.
• Investigate variances and manage shrinkage.
• Own inventory valuation controls for timely financial reporting.
• Own inventory reporting including aging, turnover, and total value.
