Job summary

Rigaku Technologies, part of the Rigaku Group, seeks an experienced Inventory Specialist to maintain accuracy and support daily manufacturing operations across multiple divisions. You will manage work orders, cycle counts, material handling, receiving, and ERP data entry to ensure timely production and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in inventory control within a manufacturing setting.
• At least 3 years creating, releasing, and managing work orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office in Windows environment.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine ERP preferred.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and release work orders from production requirements and reports.
• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy.
• Pull, issue, and distribute material kits to assembly and production teams.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials.
• Monitor levels and shortages; ensure timely replenishment.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Process RMAs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to expedite material shortages.
• Partner with Manufacturing Manager on inventory & operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
