Job summary

Sonepar currently seeks a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to manage daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and ensure accurate data. You will handle returns, RMA/RGA processing, and collaborate with Sales to ensure correct credits.

A forklift certification is required within five days, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, process compliance, and safe work practices in a multi-tasking warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proactive, team-oriented with good customer service.
• Experience with inventory control, returns processes, and system workflows.
• Forklift certification within first 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cycle counts and research variances using Eclipse and/or Excel.
• Audit and correct discrepancies across warehouse operations.
• Process returns, RMA/RGA, and restock coordination.
• Communicate restock percentages and credits with Sales Writers.
• Support inventory control improvements and safety practices.
