Job summary

ACME CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts with RF devices, and keep locations organized. You will handle returns and support process improvements while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires strong attention to detail, basic software knowledge, and the ability to work on a fast-paced team. A high school diploma is required, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with RF devices and POS software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and quick counts using RF devices.
• Maintain and organize bin locations and hot shelves.
• Write and shelve customer returns per procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies and coach staff as needed.
• Offer input on process improvements and inventory programs.
• Safely operate forklift to move and stage product.
• Keep warehouse orderly and adhere to safety rules.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks when needed.
