Job summary

Nordfab seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the warehouse team in receiving, storing, moving, and counting materials. You will ensure a well-organized warehouse following 5S principles and drive improvements across inventory processes.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate stock records, and generating reports from ERP/WMS systems to support inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff in receiving, storing, moving, and counting materials.
• Maintain well-organized warehouses (5S) and equipment.
• Reconcile ERP and WMS data and prepare inventory reports.
