Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to perform daily cycle counts and maintain the RMA Inbounds and Damage/Hold Area, while meeting safety and productivity standards. The role requires operating power equipment and using RF scanners in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, adhere to SOPs, and collaborate with maintenance and safety policies. A high energy, team-oriented candidate with forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have Standup-Forklift or Reach Truck certification.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and manage RMA, inbound and hold areas.
• Safely operate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) per procedures.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.
• Protect inventory accuracy and uphold SOPs.
