Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accuracy and integrity of on-hand inventory, including company- and customer-owned stock. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and partner with Finance, Order Management, and Warehouse Operations to ensure audit-ready data.

The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and confident presenting inventory health to leadership. On-site daily is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP for inventory transactions.
• Strong analytical skills for aging, variance, and adjustment reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability with detail-heavy processes.
• Clear communicator for stakeholders across teams.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables.
• On-site daily, with counts on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts across company inventory.
• Investigate and resolve count discrepancies and root causes.
• Maintain clean, well-documented records for audits.
• Report inventory health and variances to leadership bi-weekly.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Finance.
• Support quarterly and year-end physical counts.
