Job summary

MGL US Logistics is seeking an Inventory Control Lead in Lima, OH. You will manage inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting teams to resolve discrepancies. You’ll improve processes, maintain WMS data integrity, and report status to management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years warehouse experience
• BlueYonder experience preferred
• Legally authorized to work in United States
• Experience with warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts; identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Conduct physical inventory per client request
• Communicate with shipping, warehouse, and kitting teams about inventory issues
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels on the WMS system
• Report inventory accuracy status to management
• Monitor replenishment tasks on the WMS system and ensure stock is available for picking an order
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide feedback to manager on operations and employees
• Maintain warehouse sanitation practices; safe environment
• Demonstrate respect for company values daily and uphold policies
