You will supervise staff, monitor KPIs, and partner with receiving, inventory, and shipping to ensure seamless inbound and outbound flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory control software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse employees on procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs and investigate process issues to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
