Job summary

Fuze Health seeks an experienced Inventory Management professional to lead pharmacy inventory controls, analyze data, and drive improvements across receiving, storage, dispensing, and disposition. You will monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure DSCSA compliance while collaborating with multiple teams to optimize accuracy and reduce loss.

The role requires experience with WMS (Tecsys), SQL, and BI tools, plus SOP development and staff training across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Tecsys, in pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy, warehousing, or distribution.
• Led physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Performs root-cause analysis using transactional data and procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations.
• Analyze data to reduce adjustments, write-offs, and shrink.
• Establish standard processes for receiving, put-away, and dispensing.
• Monitor KPIs like days on hand and inventory turns.
• Build dashboards/reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear goals.
• Support audits and expansion of pharmacy locations.
