Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK is seeking a Plant Production Worker for a fast-paced, full-time role in our pork processing facility. This position involves repetitive motion and a variety of tasks associated with pork processing; multiple shifts and schedules are available.

On-the-job training is provided and prior experience is not required. The job emphasizes safety and physical stamina: lifting up to 50 pounds, PPE use, and adherence to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must wear all assigned PPE for the position.
• Able to work in a hot and wet environment.
• Pass a pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving manual material handling and use of hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment while processing, packaging and shipping pork products.
• Physically demanding work requiring use of various muscle groups.
• Good hand-eye coordination and upper extremity motor skills are essential.
• Additional duties may apply to specific jobs.
• Available to work scheduled hours, including overtime as needed.
