Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will supervise inventory activities, optimize stockroom layout, and drive accuracy in counts and reporting.

Hours are Monday–Friday evenings, with a compensation range of $65,000–$70,000 per year. The role requires forklift and cherry picker experience, proficiency with Synapse WMS, and payroll validation duties as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using Synapse WMS software.
• Working knowledge of KPI reporting and cycle counts.
• PC literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventorying of materials, supplies, tools, and parts.
• Maintain stockroom layout and monitor stock levels.
• Schedule inventories and prepare reports.
• Oversee inbound associates and delegate tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
