Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to manage store inventory, support accuracy, and streamline merchandise processing. The role collaborates with store management and sales teams to maintain receiving, shipping, after-sales service, and replenishment operations.

You will lead cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, maintain organized records, and help ensure inventory levels stay within budget.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in operations or back-of-house supervisory work; luxury retail experience preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience using internal systems and external shipping software, with attention to asset protection and inventory control.
Ability to work in person and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

Receive, record, ticket, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise and shipments promptly and accurately.
Maintain organized inventory records and documentation, process returns and damages, and follow up on after-sales service.
Organize and participate in cycle counts and biannual inventories, including reconciliation.
Work with store management to analyze business and replenishment needs and maintain adequate supply levels within budget.
