Job summary

Bakerly is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator to manage shipping and receiving for Bakerly Ranch. You will coordinate transportation, verify documentation, and maintain inventory integrity to ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods. You will work with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transportation teams to resolve issues and optimize inventory turns.

This role emphasizes accuracy, GMP adherence, and collaboration to uphold Bakerly’s quality standards and values.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to GMPs and safety procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics within a production environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation providers for efficient movement of shipments.
• Communicate to ensure feasible pickup/delivery schedules.
• Review orders, shipping/receiving docs for accuracy.
• Complete allocation for orders using FIFO processes in ERP.
• Prepare bills of lading and tallies for outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory control lead.
