Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Lead at our production facility. You will coordinate inventory activities, monitor accuracy KPIs, and guide training for scanning, receiving, and materials handling.

You will lead process improvements with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams, mentor staff, and help drive reductions in variances and losses while ensuring timely, accurate transactions.

Competenze

• 2+ years inventory experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Basic PC and 10-key skills required.
• Must read/write/speak English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and lead inventory activities at a food manufacturing plant.
• Monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and variance reduction.
• Report progress to management and propose corrective actions.
• Address and train on scanning and receiving issues.
• Coordinate raw material substitutions with receiving and inventory.
• Ensure accurate transactions and timely communication.
• Lead projects to reduce inventory losses and improve reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
