Qualifications

• Basic PC and 10-key data entry skills required.
• Must read, write and speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on production demand.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs for inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance and variance reduction.
• Report progress to management and propose corrective actions.
• Lead projects to reduce inventory losses and improve reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
• Mentor team members for career progression.
• Analyze trends in variances and hold items; present findings.
