Zusammenfassung

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods in our Production facility. You will perform daily and monthly cycle counts and resolve variances in collaboration with production and QA teams.

The role requires 2+ years ERP or inventory experience, a high school diploma, basic PC/10-key skills, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years ERP or inventory experience required.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic PC and 10-key skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based upon production demand.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Investigate all inventory variances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure counts are documented and variances reported promptly.
• Balance month-end inventory for raw packaging and intermediates.
• Collaborate with production and shipping to resolve variances.
• File adjustment reports with cycle count sheets for audits.
• Maintain documentation for QA and purchasing collaboration.
• Place products on logical holds.
• Work with production on finished good variances.
