Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventories of raw materials and finished goods in a production setting. The role reports to the Distribution Center leadership and requires a non-exempt, on-site presence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, variance investigation, and collaboration with production and shipping to resolve discrepancies while ensuring proper documentation for audits.

Formación

• 2+ years ERP, or inventory related experience is required.
• Food industry experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic PC and 10-key skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based upon production demand.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Investigate inventory variances from reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure counts are documented and variances reported promptly.
• Reconciling inventory variances to balance month-end figures.
• Balance month-end inventory for raw packaging and intermediates.
• Collaborate with production and shipping to resolve finished goods variances.
• File adjustment reports with cycle count sheets for audit compliance.
• Maintain QA and purchasing collaboration documentation.
• Place products on logical holds as needed.
• Work with production on finished goods variances.
