Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods in Production is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods. You will conduct daily and monthly cycle counts, investigate variances, and collaborate with production and shipping to resolve issues.

The role requires 2+ years of ERP or inventory control experience, a high school diploma, basic PC and 10-key skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ERP or inventory-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC and 10-key skills required.
• English reading/writing and clear communication.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.
• Investigate inventory variances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure counts are documented and variances reported promptly.
• Reconcile inventory variances.
• Balance month-end inventory for raw packaging and intermediates.
• Collaborate with production and shipping to resolve finished goods variances.
• File adjustment reports with cycle count sheets for audit compliance.
• Maintain documentation for QA and purchasing collaboration.
• Place products on logical holds as needed.
• Work with production on finished goods variances.
