Job summary

UNIS seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily inventory control and ensure accuracy across ERP/WMS platforms. The role centers on safeguarding stock integrity, coordinating cycle counts, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes for reliable fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle/WMS, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to translate data into corrective actions.

Qualifications

Experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency with ERP systems to record transactions and run reports.
Strong Excel skills for data validation and pivots.
Ability to analyze data and translate into actions.
Experience in leading or coordinating teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily inventory control operations and ensure accurate recording of inbound, outbound, and internal movements in ERP/WMS.
Plan and assist in cycle counts and full physical inventories; analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
Monitor inventory system transactions; troubleshoot discrepancies and escalate IT issues when needed.
Design and refine inventory procedures with a focus on automation and best practices to increase efficiency.
Balance inventory levels and coordinate with planning to support forecasting and service commitments.
