Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to ensure inventory accuracy across all departments and prepare for physical inventories. You will report on accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.

You will lead cycle counts, enforce inventory procedures, and partner with supply chain, finance, warehousing, and transport teams to optimize processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in warehouse inventory management.
• Strong experience in using Excel, SAP and WMS.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations and engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead operations teams across multiple buildings.
• Strategic thinker who can execute methodically.
• Adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely inventory accuracy reporting.
• Issue work orders and troubleshoot problems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Provide root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with corrective action plans to improve inventory accuracy.
• Instruct warehouse personnel on proper inventory procedures and enforce inventory control.
• Assist with evaluating warehouse processes to ensure best practices and proper control methods.
• Drive an industry-leading cycle count program with root cause and corrective actions.
• Create partnerships across supply chain, finance, warehousing, and transportation teams.
