Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Nashville is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to support production and shipping operations. You will read and follow work instructions on the receiving dock, coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Materials, and ensure parts are prepared and audited to meet internal deadlines.

You will communicate with Program Managers and customers via email, assist in transporting Work Orders, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment while staying

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is required.
• Forklift driver experience is preferred.
• Good email communication skills.
• Some SAP knowledge.
• MS Excel experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions on the receiving dock.
• Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Warehouse, Materials).
• Audit and prepare parts efficiently meeting deadlines.
• Communicate status of parts and shipments with Program Manager and customers via email.
• Coordinate with offsite personnel for transport of subsequent Work Orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
