Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving and training abilities.
• Ability to train and certify others in inventory and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory cycle counting and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and mentor junior team members.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with reconciliations.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts.
• Coordinate outbound shipping, freight quotes, bookings, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
