Qualifications

• Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy of records.
• Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories; resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory trends to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipping and proper documentation.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the system; generate reports for management.
• Lead best-practice initiatives for inventory control and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior inventory staff.
• Investigate and resolve complex inventory issues across departments.
