Job summary

Mesa Labs, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Technician III in Colorado to lead advanced inventory control and ensure accurate stock management. You will oversee daily operations, perform audits, and drive improvements inInventory accuracy and efficiency.

The role offers a competitive wage range of $22.00 to $27.46 per hour with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% in addition to base pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing complex inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy of records in the system.
• Conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories; resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory trends and performance metrics to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Monitor stock turnover and optimize levels to reduce excess inventory.
• Supervise receipt of goods, verify against POs, inspect quality.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely shipping and proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and generate detailed management reports.
