Job summary

You will drive accuracy in stock records, supervise staff, and ensure efficient operation of inventory processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, performing cycle counts, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to optimize stock levels.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands simple instructions, memos, and basic correspondence.
• Calculates figures such as discounts, percentages, and quantities.
• Applies common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Knowledge of inventory software and basic computing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movements between inventory locations and warehouses.
• Oversee stock counts and reconcile ERP/WMS records.
• Coordinate receiving, put-away, and issue of goods.
• Ensure accuracy of requisitions, shipments, and inventory reports.
• Supervise warehouse staff and enforce safety and 5S practices.
