Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely receive, store, and ship food products using a variety of forklifts and RF equipment. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety standards, with potential overtime as needed.

You will support inventory accuracy, maintain a clean work environment, and perform related duties (battery changes, cleaning) to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment.
• Check freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation; label, wrap, and pack as directed.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners following OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes as needed.
