Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely receive, store, and ship food products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts and RF equipment. You will move products to storage, load and unload freight, and prepare orders for shipment.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet production standards, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed. This on-site position involves physical tasks in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 3 months of related work experience is preferred.
• Safety-focused with ability to operate multiple forklift types.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely with appropriate equipment.
• Stack, store, pick, and pack merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and check for damage or infestation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order, meet production standards.
• Assist with inventory and battery changes as needed.
