Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely receive, store, and ship food products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts and RF scanners. You will be responsible for accurate handling, labeling, packing, and repacking while maintaining safety standards in a controlled environment.

The role requires the ability to meet production targets, work overtime as needed, and perform housekeeping and battery changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of three months related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment.
• Stack, store, and pick orders; check for accuracy, damage, and infestation.
• Operate forklifts and RF scanners in a safety-minded manner.
• Meet production standards while keeping a clean, orderly work area.
• Perform inventory, cleaning, and battery changes as needed.
