Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support store operations across receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and compliance. The role partners with the Store Operations Manager to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient processes.

You will handle OMNI orders, transfers, and reporting while contributing to a safe, productive work environment and exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Retail or farming knowledge is a plus
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, add value.
