Job summary

Allways Precision is seeking a Manufacturing Stock Accuracy Analyst to ensure precise receiving, inventory control, and material availability for production. You will manage ERP receipts, BOM alignment, and cycle counts while collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering and Production to maintain data integrity.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems to keep material records accurate and production on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ERP environments and data accuracy.
• Experience with BOMs, work orders and inventory reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized and good communicator.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Own the receiving process from unloading vendor shipments to recording receipts in ERP.
• Print and route receiving paperwork for teams.
• Pick components for machine builds using work tickets.
• Issue materials to work orders and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
• Run cycle counts and support annual inventory events.
• Identify discrepancies and correct records.
