Ascentek is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory across warehouses and production operations. You will perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain data integrity in ERP/WMS systems, collaborating with warehouse, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability.

Qualifications

• Understanding of inventory management principles and material flow.
• Experience using ERP systems, WMS platforms, or inventory tracking tools.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Complete system transactions including transfers, adjustments, and reconciliations across locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Support physical inventory processes including planning, execution, and reconciliation.
• Review production schedules and shipping activity to ensure material availability.
