Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate cycle counts, and manage physical inventory processes. You will handle data entry, report generation, and labeling, while maintaining compliance and an organized workspace.

Responsibilities include training staff, analyzing inventory metrics, and supporting Canopy system reports. Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office is required; forklift certification may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data; ensure cycle counts are performed as scheduled.
• Assist in development and implementation of perpetual inventory.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Labeling and use of units of measure; ensure proper stock labeling.
• Train personnel on required processes for compliance.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports and metrics.
• Support Canopy system reporting needs; generate required reports.
