Job summary

Excelitas Technologies in Boulder, CO is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to analyze raw material needs, initiate production and purchase orders, and manage shipping/receiving to support customer orders.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock accuracy, organizing inventory areas, ensuring material availability for production, and conducting physical inventories and ERP transactions. The role supports ISO compliance and requires strong teamwork and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and process manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software.
• Attention to detail and basic math ability.
• Good communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• On-your-feet/walking 75% of shift.
• Must be a team-player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventories of stockroom and distribution center items.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping of inventory areas.
• Maintain material availability to production.
• Complete and document physical inventories of stock and Work In Process.
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and ERP transactions to receive material to inventory.
• Coordinate outbound shipments including packaging, labeling, documentation, and shipment method for international and domestic shipments within ERP.
• Perform miscellaneous support duties for Facilities and Production.
• Notify customers of shipments/receipts via fax or email; maintain records and compliance with ISO standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
