Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to analyze raw material and outside vendor needs, initiate production and purchase orders, and manage shipping and receiving to support customer orders.

This role requires 1–2 years shipping/receiving experience, familiarity with ERP concepts and process manufacturing, plus solid communication, attention to detail, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
• Familiar with ERP concepts and process manufacturing.
• Good communication and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventories of stockroom and distribution items.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and packaging.
• Perform receiving and ERP transactions to update inventory.
• Support facilities and production as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and record-keeping.
• Notify customers of shipments and receipts via fax/email.
