Job summary

Allways Precision is seeking an ERP Inventory Operations Coordinator to safeguard inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels. You will manage receipts from suppliers, verify quantities, and feed production with required components.

Your role spans from receiving through to material issuance for work orders, with ongoing collaboration across Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service. You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and contribute ideas to improve ERP

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or inventory management certification preferred.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to read BOMs/work orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory from vendors.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and POs.
• Enter receipts into the ERP and distribute documents.
• Pull parts for machine builds using work tickets.
• Issue materials to work orders and stage for production.
• Run shortage reports and communicate gaps to Purchasing.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep storage areas organized and safe.
