Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent math and problem-solving abilities.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Comfortable handling chemical containers and assisting with safety protocols as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse/production settings.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and team flexibility.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts
• Reconcile physical inventory to system records and investigate discrepancies
• Process inventory adjustments
• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute materials; Coordinate reorders of consumables and support purchasing activities
• Organize warehouse storage locations and maintain accurate labeling
• Assist with returned materials and quality control coordination
• Report inventory, warehouse, or production inconsistencies to management
