Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for the overnight shift (11 PM – 7:30 AM) to ensure inventory accuracy in our warehouse and manufacturing environment in Newark, NJ. You will verify records, conduct cycle counts, label materials, and support production readiness.

The role requires RF/WMS experience, FIFO/FEFO knowledge, strong organization, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. It offers competitive pay and benefits as part of our team-oriented bakery operations.

Qualificações

• Proficient with RF scanning systems and WMS.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations on the overnight shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM). This role is responsible for verifying inventory accuracy, monitoring product quantities and lot numbers, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring materials are properly labeled and ready for production.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to use pick lists, system-generated reports, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Work Environment

This position works in a manufacturing warehouse environment and requires standing and walking throughout the shift, with occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
