Job summary

Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support overnight warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory accuracy, monitor quantities and lot numbers, perform cycle counts, and ensure materials are properly labeled and ready for production.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience with RF scanning and WMS, and ability to follow FIFO/FEFO procedures while maintaining safe, accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF scanning systems and WMS.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Proficient with pick lists, system reports, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Warehousing equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify inventory items, lot numbers, and quantities against system records.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, tagged, organized, and stored.
• Coordinate the distribution of inventory and labels to manufacturing.
• Inspect returned materials and document damaged or defective items.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory procedures and all applicable safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations on the overnight shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM). This role is responsible for verifying inventory accuracy, monitoring product quantities and lot numbers, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring materials are properly labeled and ready for production.

Work Environment
