Job summary

Jimmysbakery is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, perform cycle counts, track lot numbers, and ensure materials are ready for production.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with RF scanning and WMS. You will follow FIFO/FEFO procedures, label items, and help maintain accurate inventory records to keep our bakery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Verify inventory items, lot numbers, and quantities against system records.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, tagged, organized, and stored.
• Coordinate the distribution of inventory and labels to manufacturing.

Schedule:

Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, verifying product quantities and lot numbers, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring materials are properly labeled and available for production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with RF scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to use pick lists, system-generated reports, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates in a manufacturing warehouse environment and requires standing and walking throughout the shift, with occasional lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
