Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Harvest Technician/Cultivation Associate in Litchfield, IL. You will gain hands-on experience across the cultivation cycle, from cloning to harvest, under supervision. Expect a Monday–Friday shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for plants, reliability, and strong attention to detail, plus the ability to document and track inventory accurately. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• You have a natural green thumb and a genuine passion for working with plants.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and collaborate well with others.
• You bring sharp attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong documentation, inventory and organization.
• Solid math and measurement skills and ability to operate a scale.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming.
• Track humidity, moisture and temperature to maintain conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests or disease and remove non-conforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang, dry-rack, weigh, and label products.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation and climate-control systems; keep areas clean.
