Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Hazleton, PA. The role involves conducting cycle counts, bin location audits, and reconciling inventory discrepancies in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will work with the Inventory Supervisor to ensure accuracy across materials, supplies, tools, equipment and parts in stockrooms, warehouses or yards. Required are 1–3 months of related inventory control and warehouse experience, forklift and cherry picker operation, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1–3 months related experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical counts of inventory items to maintain accurate inventory.
• Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations daily.
• Inputs inventory data to ensure inventory integrity.
• Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies and resolves them.
