Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; experience in WMS or Delivery software; RF experience required.

• Understanding of warehousing and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Inventories at Stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Research inventory movements and determine final disposition of products.
• Approve product disposals using sound judgment.
• Audit inventory reporting with third-party providers.
• Use RF scanners, tablets, ERP systems to document counts.
• Identify discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages; support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to reconcile inventories.
• Maintain SOPs for inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation.
• Travel to local and regional hubs as needed.
